  Market research firms and online paid survey firms are always looking for consumers to ask them for their valued opinions. In exchange for your opinions, these firms are willing to pay you with cash or reward you with other items like gift cards or entries into sweepstake competitions.

  Other firms actually pay you to view advertisements or for signing up for specific offers. These opportunities are classified as “Get-Paid-To” opportunities. Just like it says, YOU get paid to do something, mainly for reading or viewing certain advertisements.
  

• How much do I need to pay for these opportunities?

  NOTHING. ZERO. ZILCH. All genuine opportunities listed here will NOT ask for any payment, either upfront or on an afterwards basis. Beware of paid survey sites that ask for an upfront fee, or sites that ask for payment to obtain lists of free paid survey sites. YOU can get all the same listings right here, FOR FREE!!!

  BEWARE of sites that offer extravagant prizes and gifts (like iPods and $500 gift vouchers just for signing up. Usually these sites require you to sign up for countless advertiser offers, and before you know it, you've paid over $1000 just to get your prize!

• How much money can I make?

• How to AVOID work-at-home ripoffs and other money making SCAMS?

  Be highly sceptical of any "company" that advertises a work-at-home opportunity and requires advance payments or deposits on any instructional booklets, brochures, kits, programs, mailing lists, directories, memberships in cooperative associations, or for any other reason they can think of as an excuse to ask for money in advance.

  Be particular sceptical of potential earnings that sound too good to be true, or promises of a regular market or steady salary that are are unsubstantiated. If an opportunity sounds too good to be true then it usually is!

  Use some common sense. If people are making $999 per day or some other extravagant amount, ask yourself, why are they wasting their time on the NET!.

• Why would someone pay me to take online surveys?

  There are many market research firms who offer cash or other incentives for your valued opinion. Companies and advertisers approach paid survey firms to get public opinions on a wide variety of topics (including opinions on their products, services or advertisements) and are willing to pay for the consumer’s valued opinion. A proportion of these payments are then passed onto the opinion taker --> YOU!!
  

• What kind of questions will the survey ask?

  Survey topics can range from asking about your experience with an existing product, reviewing a current advert, getting your opinion on products still to be launched, pretty much anything goes. Some survey sites target a specific audience (teens, medical professionals, business owners etc.) and surveys will be more specific to each target group.
  

• How do I get started with online surveys?

  Each online survey firm works a bit differently, but the basic process is as follows:

  Sign up with a paid survey site

  All legitimate paid survey sites WILL NOT ask for any upfront payment, in fact they are not legally allowed to ask for payment)

  Enter some basic demographic data (age, marital status, address, email address)

  When the survey site has a survey available which matches your profile, they will send you an invitation to take the survey via email.

  Since survey invitations are sent to the email address captured when signing up, it is sometimes wise to create a completely separate email address that invitations will then be sent to.

  The email invite contains a direct link to the survey (and usually contains a description of the incentive offered for the survey, and the timeframe it normally takes to complete a survey)

  Complete the survey to qualify for the reward.

  
  

  Some surveys ask “pre-qualifying” questions to ensure that you match the required survey respondent demographic. You will only be rewarded if you qualify for the survey, and complete the whole survey.

  
  

• Will I get spam email?

  No, all of the legitimate survey sites have a privacy policy wherein they will not sell or disclose ANY of your details, including your email address. But be careful, there are some sites that pose as online survey sites simply to get your email address for SPAM purposes.

  The majority of survey sites are legitimate, and will only email you with invitations to complete a survey. If in doubt, check back on MSM365 to see whether the site has been endorsed and reviewed by our team.
  

• How much will I make per survey completed?

  Incentives for each survey differ dependent on the survey length and complexity, and vary for each online survey site. Generally, online survey sites can reward you with cash, gift certificates, some form of merchandise, charity donations, points redeemable for cash or other reward; or some other form of reward (sweepstake entry, entry into competitions etc.) For cash paying surveys, mostly you will get smaller payments ($1 to $5 per survey completed), but some survey sites offer surveys from $15 and can even reach $200 for complex surveys.
  

• Is it worth it?

  We think it is. You are not going to get rich doing it, but it’s an easy and fun way to earn some extra money on the side, without you having to part with any of your OWN cash. On average our members earn $5 per day, which equates to roughly $150 per month. Not a heck of lot! But we are talking about the average survey taker here. You can earn a lot more, based on the time you take filling out the surveys, based on your demographic details, and based on the number of online survey sites you sign up with. Get-Paid-To Opportunity Questions

• What exactly are Get-Paid-To opportunities?

  These sites pay you for doing certain things, like reading an advertiser's emails, responding to certain advertiser offers, and sometimes even just for surfing the net.
  

• In what way do these websites Pay?

  Most sites pay in cash, whilst others reward you with points in exchange for your actions (viewing offers, responding to offers etc.)
  

• How much will I get paid?

  Obviously the amounts are not large simply for reading emails, but most sites pay between $0.02 and $0.05 per advertiser's email being viewed.

  Of course, all sites then reward you somewhat more to actually respond to the advertiser's offer.

  Most of the "Get-Paid-"to" websites actually reward you simply for SIGNING UP! Most pay between $3 and $10 just for becoming a member.

  
  

• How do I respond to advertiser offers?

  Some offers are genuinely free (i.e. you do NOT have to pay for anything --> BUT you do have to leave a valid email address (and sometimes your phone number) so that the advertiser can then contact you back. )

  Other offers require you to sign up for the advertised offer (e.g. Pay $4.99 monthly for rented DVDs etc.) and most of these offers require valid credit card details.
  

• Can I REALLY make money just by reading emails?

  Yes you can. But at an average of $0.05 per email read, and on average 4 emails per day, you are looking at a whopping $0.20 per day.

  The best way in which to make money from these sites is to sign up for the free offers, and if you really need the stuff, sign up for the paid offers as well.
